Description
Embrace the power of the Originium to wield it in different powerful ways.

(Remake of VPE - Oripathy)

Psycasts:

T1:

Originium Spike:
Attack the target by causing a temporary rapid Originium growth beneath the target's feet, causing them to get impaled by a sharp spike made from Originium.

T2:

Arts: Ward:
Place a protective barrier around the target that will intercept projectiles and send them back to the attacker. The amount of deflections the shield can provide scales with psychic sensitivity. (Default: 10% per deflection)

Arts: Restoration:
Grant minor restoration to the target creature, healing non permanent wounds over time while prioritizing bleeding injuries. The effectiveness depends on the caster's medical skill. This psycast will grant XP to the caster's medical skill. (Default: 500 XP)

T3:

Arts: Surge:
Enhance the target's attack speed and allow their attacks to inflict enemies with Originium buildup, causing an Originium spike to erupt from the target should the buildup hit 100%.

T4:

Originium Construct: Turret
Form a construct made out of Originium that will attack nearby enemies by shooting at them with Originium Shards.(Turret Duration:5 hours)

Cataclysm:
Create an overwhelming amount of originium spikes upon targets in the area.

Originium Pollution:
Unleash a massive cloud of originium pollution that rapidly corrodes organic matter, creatures without toxic environment resistance will quickly die from the pollution.

T5:

Arts: Overload:
Temporarily convert the psylink into an Arts Unit. While active, all psycasts cost no psyfocus.\nYour psychic sensitivity will drop to 0 for a day as your psylink stabilizes itself after .

T6:
Assimilation:
Assimilate the target's psychic sensitivity, allowing you to use it for yourself. \nThe stronger psychic sensitivity bonus will override the weaker one.\n This ability will kill the target.

There are many settings to tweak damage values/scaling to balance the mod for yourself, have a look!

Yep, it seems alright, i tested with bionics and detox kidneys do the trick, thanks for cool mod xD

That works as intended, the stat taken into account is "Toxic Environment Resistance" not " Toxic Resistance".

Look, folks of Civil Outlander Union, I’ve seen a lot of mods — so many mods — and let me tell you, this one? Absolutely incredible. People — great people, the best mod users, everyone says it — they’re all using it. They love it. They come up to me, they say, ‘Sir, this is the greatest mod we’ve ever seen!’ And you know what? They’re right. I don’t use VPE because it sucks. But if I did? I’d use this mod. Because it’s tremendous. Just tremendous. Very good mod. Maybe the best ever. Way better than the mods coming out of Savage Impid Tribes — and I’ve seen those. Total disaster. This mod? Made with intelligence, not cheap knock-offs. We’re winning with this mod, folks. We’re winning so much. Believe me. We Civil Outlander people are the best people at making mods.

@Sentinel Understood. Makes sense. Can never complain about applying what one has learned. Especially when it ends up adding more to play with. I'm still waiting on some other mod updates and stuff before I run a proper save, but I'll be sure to have this in the list when I do, along with the other VPE mods.

@hashbrownselfie No the other mod is still continued, I just wanted to remake a psycast tree on the same theme (Originium) since I learned more stuff about modding compared to when I first started.

This isn't a replacement for Oripathy, they'll co-exist just fine.

Fascinating, but regarding the "remake of VPE-Oripathy" part, does that mean that the other mod will be discontinued/removed? I feel as though both mods do somewhat different things in terms of what psycasts/systems they add.

Not to say I disagree with whatever decision is made on it, just curious as to if there will be a proper replacement or if both mods will coexist.
