Weapon Turrets - Modular Bolt Edition

Description
Adds turret versions of existing weapons to the game.

Not a 1-1 of sirEvans' mod, adds new parts.
Actual turrets that shoot over the roof, with buyable blueprints with base weapons as prerequisite!

Colored weapons available!
Contains modular versions of base game weapons as well.

Type-S turrets have less of a coverage angle and speed, but take up less room.
Type-E turrets are just like the original sirEvans' turrets.

The next version is going to be the separate turrets, and a toggle, I was kinda brute forcing things when I made this. This mod will be deprecated when I release that.

And I intend on making a 'Deck Laser' that would fill the role of the deck cannon, but for lasers instead of cannons

Well I want them separate because I'd much rather have an "extra deck laser weapon" (duplicate) from having to sub to *both* mods... than having deck versions of 4 weapons I don't want, for getting the coloured lasers

Or a seperate 'heavy deck laser standalone' would be awesome.

It'd definitely make much more sense to purely be the deck lasers.

I honestly feel that as this *doesn't* colour the other weapon turrets that it should not include them.
If people want those, they can sub to SirEvans' original mod.

This mod should only focus on the coloured laser turret

This is JUST the deck-lasers right? Or is it all the other weapons too ?

I don't know if I'm going to do those, it's insane how much work goes into this stuff and I do want to make some mods other than just multicolor ones
