Found some full bright situations and meshwork thingies.
The disappearing bug is a vis-issue, have a look at the "vis contributor" view in the editor to fix possible leaks in the meshwork . Not all props are vis contributors.

The second room with the bridge, you can jump over and be stuck down there. The steam in the vents don't do anything except drastically drop your framrate when looking at it, I'd say remove it. The upgrade station somehow broke, I don't know if that was just me but I never seen that, not like it mattered since you gave the player well over 500 ammo to fight 2 zombies and 3 Combine. Try limiting the ammo you give out... just a bit, lol.
Not to say it was bad, I enjoyed it, hope you create more maps in the future.
