No vehicle decay

Description
A mod that completely removes vehicle decay! Say goodbye to upkeep - your vehicle will stand strong forever!
Please note: this mod is supposed to be installed both on client and server!
Main changes:
- Vehicles no longer require a resource for upkeep;
- Vehicles still require a mechanic's workbench on base! (If there is no mechanic's workbench on your base, the vehicle will be despawned as usual).

Не знаю в мене цей мод все одно не працює і встановлений усюди де потрібно так в мене запитання чи можете ви створити мод (глушники для снайперських гвинтівок таких як VSD та NK) чи це не можливо???

Could the following have happened? You go to the mechanic's box and see the message “your vehicle is decaying” but this is just a visual indicator! The mod disables decay on all types of vehicles, even if the mechanic's box tells you about decaying, the vehicle itself will not decay until mod is installed.

Hello, everyone! I recently rechecked the mod, and everything works for me. If you encounter any problems, please describe step by step what is wrong, or better yet, record a video. Once again, I remind you that the mod only works if it is installed on the server you are playing and on your client.

The mod doesn't work at the moment ! I have the mod installed on both the server and the client and my vehicles are still decaying !
Please fix this ! It would be awsome !

Playing on a server with this mod installed and my vehicles still decay. I have a machanic's workbench right beside the vehicle. (the server is also using the no base decay mod and that is working perfectly)
