Description
"The fear of dark, which appears in many forms."

===== Model Introduction, Origin, and Details Summary =====

In the fourth chapter of DELTARUNE, you tread the dark halls of the Hometown Church, now turned into the Dark Sanctuary by the Roaring Knight. The Knight attempts a few times to bar your path to their fountains, though their initial attempts are overcome--in a last-ditch attempt to hold you back, the Knight summons forth a force that none expected to appear so soon…

This addon features the Titan fought at the end of Deltarune Chapter 4. Included are the Titan's head, with its six wings and face shield, its hands, and the big shots of darkness it fires when its shield is down. Not included are its spawn or petrified fountain body. The shield has a bodygroup swap for a split-apart version, which you can manipulate with a Joint Tool. In fact, a Joint Tool is recommended for using this model at all, as the main body does not have a fully dynamic physmodel, and the hand's phys are a little janky.

I had doubts about the idea of making another Titan model after the Triangular one (which was partly inspired by SpriterMike's interpretation of the Legend's sprite), but this fella looked just attainable enough that I was willing to give it a try. And I don't think it looks too bad, either--I didn't include the lines and wrinkles, but honestly, not dealing with that nonsense.

Also, this model is just part of a larger idea I had, but I thought I'd release it now, let you all play with it while I work on the next steps up ahead. Also setting an early stake in the market of "3D models of the Ch4 Titan" since as far as I looked there was only one other on SketchFab.

It certainly was a surprise to fight a Titan at the end of Chapter 4, even if I was spoiled on it by people enthusiastically remixing its battle theme, and was even more a surprise how the chapter invisibly tutorialed us for it along the way. That devious Tony Fox, eh.

…I can't find my hand.

===== IMPORTANT NOTICE =====

Again, to those of you waiting for me to complete stuff for you, again, don't worry, I have not forgotten you. This is just another intermediate smaller easier-to-do thing I have released in the meantime as proof I am still alive. Your cool things are still coming, I'm trying my best to balance everything. Keep hope, and enjoy something cool in the meantime.
To everyone else, I have a backstock of other cool stuff to release as well, but I'm waiting for the right time. Stay tuned.

No-can-do. This is the highest level of detail you can get from me on this creature.

Also the hands are based on my own left arm, that's plenty enough detail.

also thanks and can you in the future make the head and hands have more detail

Spoilers;
I am also making a Chapter 4-based map; a small preview exists on my YT channel

This, and some kind of chapter 4 adjacent map would be dope as heck. I've seen that someone made a full map for chapter 4 in VR chat, so maybe there's a chance!

THE TITAN HAS RETURN..

You have to use a Joint Tool to separate the pieces; the bodygroup just switches between a shield that is all one piece, and one that is cut into separatable pieces

the cracked sheild dosent appear broken insted it just looks normal

I typically always give my addons the same internal name as the workshop post--if I ever don't, I usually denote the name in the description.

Also, with the nature of addon names on the Steam Workshop, I'd always be wary of potential alternate names addons could have. Sometimes they start with the franchise name, some of them have [brackets,] some of them are all the way at the end of the list for some reason. Good to keep in mind when trying out new addons.
