actually, we don't need many teams to attack the hive, because the road too narrow, so, Chemical Corps is the best unit in this map.
(and we also very need Fleet Liaison to kill tanker and Royal Guard.)
when wave coming, we only need defend one way, only need send some units back to defend base at early stage.
the supply and war support are enough.
I suggest attack right down side hive first, this is a small hive, but tunnel and hive are too far, we need clear it before it grow up.
i can use console comand to give me the suppy so i can call in mech (and the new updated mech are way more fun and make more sense even more in a map like this one)
As for the war support, it's meant to make you have to choose what you want, not have mechs on demand
Everything is hoppers. lame.
Still not enough starting supply. And now that the bugs get a ton more units, not enough reward from the hives. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
There wasn't enough war support to really build mechs, and now there is even less... The easiest/most effective build is to stay on tier 1 and just build engineers/turrets to defend the base. That's super disappointing. The solution would be to add 1-2 build pads with the structure already built on it. A tier 1 building and probably a tier 2 or the tier 4 building so there was almost no downside to teching up.
I hadn't voted previously, but now it's an easy thumbs down. There is just too much loss of player agency and no real options for interesting builds.
Then you get a ton of supply per hive. To the point I was floating empty supply by the end.
Sadly this is another map where you are better off building hmgs than teching up to more interesting units. Which is partially a problem with the game and partially the mapmaker's fault for making uninteresting choices.
