the car designed for businessman who wants nothing but practicality and reliability. the engine and the electric motors are seperated (engine w/s , electric motors up arrow/down arrow) if you only drive the engine and the engine stays at 21 km make sure use the electric motors to help it by pressing the "up arrow"
