Electrofishing

Description
This mod adds a new High-Voltage Electrofisher to the game, which can release a huge amount of energy into water and drain local fishing resource within seconds. However, something troublesome dormant underwater would also be triggered. Creatures in water would also get shocked by electricity.

Prerequisite: Odyssey

我发现似乎是没有放在水域中心的缘故，我放在了湖边的水面就会弹这个报错，放到中心去就没问题

当我让任意小人去操作“高压电捕鱼器”时，游戏会弹出红字报错：
JobDriver threw exception in toil Do's initAction...
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

小细节：结冰水面电鱼不会有任何产出，但是鱼类数量会减少。
