It is 2075, shortly after operation "Inflation Control" is a success and because of that, Servande's economy is now starting off 2076 strong, so lets move to its neighboring nation, Negotia, The Nation of All Trades.
The Bona District, its international reputation? Booming sea port trading that is interconnected with the rest of the world, and even some of their Oil Derricks, too. But since the "Phantom War" of '45, the global stocks were hit HARD up to 30 years, but now in 2075, it would be the best time to recover and getting rid of the long-term corruption that has effected the population ever since, but some may say otherwise...
