Death Stranding - Sam Porter Bridges [PM/RAG]

This is a modified version of an already existing Sam playermodel by Thijs.
Their version can be found here.

This version fixes a majority of the issues that the original model had, and adds some neat little stuff I thought would work better.

The map on the last screenshot is a GMOD port of sfm_strand.

- It's own section on the spawnmenu
