Description
colonies dont auto join wars
and ai will enforce mil access if they feel threatened
liberty desire from enforcing mil access DOUBLED

in more complex terms:
the following subject types don't auto join wars:
  • dominion
  • colony
  • chartered colony

the ai will enforce mil access (force subject to join wars) if:
  • the colony is adjacent to an enemy country
  • any of their states is the target of a wargoal
