Original description:
A darker, slightly higher contrast skin for the Civil Protection Officer. I've also tried to make them look a little bit more "policelike". Includes checkered armband and gloves, as well as glowing radio equipment and helmet clasp, and adjusts the environment-map mask slightly. Includes a slightly altered Barney head, and will replace any custom face you have for him (now also includes a Barney head for Episode 1, to use that delete "barneyface.vtx" and remove "EP1" from "barneyfaceEP1.vtx"). (Note: I plan on also releasing a new Rebel skin fairly soon, so that the darker vest on the Metropolice doesn't contrast with the ones they wear.)
