Adds 4 technologies, each one increasing the amount of buildings you can build simultaneously on a planet for a maximum of 5.

Parallel Construction T2: Requires T1 Assembly patterns
Tripartite Construction T3: Requires T2 Weather Control Systems
Quadruplicate Construction T4: Requires T3 Construction Templates
Pentamerous Construction RARE T5: Requires T3 Anti-Gravity Engineering
