Description

This mod changes an unplayable faction to ISIS.

UPDATE: White flag issue for captured cities has been fixed and cities now start with modded flags.

bro pls turn Velyland into Isis or some group like that :)
Also for Belomorye u can transform it into The Emirate of north Caucasus as a suggest

white flags have been fixed, start a new game for full fix, not necessary though.
