Outdoor Smoothie Kiosk

Animated outdoor Smoothie kiosk. Ported from Two Point Campus and re-animated.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to there being only a Coffee Kiosk in the base game, the Kiosk dispenses coffee. This fulfils drink needs.

Not to be difficult, but is it possible to do an indoor version of this? I don't really do much to the exterior... except turn it into interior.
