Greenhouse - Fixed

Description
Fixed version of the greenhouse mod originally made by LexaR

I added a water and sewage connection and tweaked the construction costs a bit.
From now on, greenhouses need water, produce low-pollution wastewater and use liquid fertilizer instead of chemicals to produce crops.
Coal remained unchanged.


I'm not a modder and I just followed the guides, so if anyone has any comments on possible changes, I'll be happy to add them.

yeah everything works after I managed to find the correct green houses (the ones from this mod)

yep my problem was just that the game did not load these greenhouses and I mistook a different green house for this one
