Description
Removes the negative effects on cities caused by their distance from the capital. This allows distant settlements to grow and maintain stability without penalties, making empire expansion easier and more balanced.

Really good mod. thank you! Could you also make mod for no cultural penalty? And if possible mod allows to keep bribed army? For now when you bribe army from different culture, the army is disbanded.
