Temp fork to craft simple reinforced barrels.

WorkAmount: 9000 (Time required for one and a half components)
Cost: 60 Steel
Minimum skills: 7

This mod allows you to produce reinforced barrel by yourself. This is an improved version, using cheaper materials to make a hollow barrel.

@mai_ - It's just XML, crack open the folder and change the recipe with Notepad++ (or Notepad if you must).

is it possible for the user to change the requirements to make it? eg: materials or minimum skills
