[AV] Space Solar Panels

This minimod adds 1x2 and 1x3 solar panels, which gather 30% more power in orbit.

Cost:
- 10 steel per tile
- 5 vacstone blocks per tile (when used with Odyssey DLC)
- 1 component

Maximum power output:
- On planet: 110W per tile
- In orbit: 143W per tile (when used with Odyssey DLC)

For reference vanillas solar panels have a maximum power output of 106,25W per tile.

Odyssey DLC is optional, they will behave like smaller vanilla solar panels without it.
