That's a thing you can do?

You don't need to use 4k textures to accomplish that with pixel art. I've done models and maps with pixel art at its original scale and haven't had issues with noise, though that could be because its pixel art I've created myself rather than sourcing them from other places. If you need cleaner sprite rips from the game then the spriters resource might be handy for maps like this in the future.

@mochi I wanted to achieve precise pixel-perfect rendering of the textures, which is why I used 4K textures. The problem is that even with point sampling enabled, the textures at their original resolution look noisy, which really ruins the visuals. On my next map, things will be easier with the textures.

I would highly suggest using textures at their original pixel resolution and then enabling point sample (Which it seems is already enabled for some of these as is). It would greatly reduce the filesize and would allow the map to run smoother.

Code-switching, huh? Okay.

Also I'm looking forward to this map's completion, because it's coming along so well!
Удачи!

They made Hometown and some of Castle town, but not the interior like the different rooms and stuff.

@Isaac Hasn't another major mapper already made Castle Town? At the moment, TV World is only about half finished, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to include everything I've planned.

I didn't even realize this was still a WIP! Do you think that when you finish working on it, you could make Castle Town? At least the interior of the castle?
