animated flowing lava cape attempt

i made this a long time ago but never uploaded it because it has some issues and i was planning on remaking it, but i dont think that's going to happen anymore so here it is.
i apologize for the lava that runs up the sides that was an accident

replaces community cape

note: if you dont already have a cape this will not give you a cape

things I'd like to fix:
- get rid of backwards lava on sides (i misunderstood the texture)
- make an animated normal map
- increase the frame rate of the animation (is this even possible?)
