Description
This mod changes Belomorye to Cuba, no picture change for leader.

NOTE: I believe the developers fixed the white flag issue, while the white flags may remain on already captured territories, future settlements taken will hold the modded flag. if they didn't fix it, try CONTINUE game instead of LOAD game. for some reason on my campaign the flags stayed now.

white flags have been fixed, start a new game for full fix, not necessary though.
