Replacement of the names of the survivors for my L4D2 addon collection.

This needs manual installation in order to work.

Go to "steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop"
Find the addon with the number "3538769596"
Place the addon in the "steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons/" folder.
