B42 Large Propane Tank

Description
Adds a new item named Propane Tank (Large) which holds 4x the amount of propane of a vanilla propane tank. Spawns where normal propane tanks spawn, at a reduced rate.

This mod was made pro bono for Steam User Tobias Dunridge. :)

I tell you h'what, the denizens of Knox Country must have all propane and propane accessories currently available, preferably branded under the venerable Strickland Propane name.

The re fill mods have been broke over almost every update,This for me has been the most contestant and at least gets round to fixing it quicker than others, i could easily be wrong. Just my experiences with them https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3479641945&searchtext=

I haven't added compatibility to other mods so far. I might look at the re-fill propane tanks mod at some point though.
