whats the mod that makes the water look like hl1 water and i know it isnt that one hl1 water retexture because it is way too blue

Well, true but the 99' physgun also had some higher quality classic HEV textures so the theory that they were testing those HL1 hands with other weapons like whatever the viewmodel for jaytest was supposed to be isn't completely out of the question

the 1999 experience would be retexturing the leather arms into HL1 HEV, that was what they were doing in the 2000 iirc

take out the () from the links so Steam doesn't detect them as malicious
