DSteps, But Quieter

This is DSteps, but with all of its sounds at 50% volume. Good for slower/quieter experiences, or for more-dainty player models.

I wanted to tweak DSteps because I really found the mod to be an immersive choice for a walk-around map series I want to make, but found the overall volume to be just too loud and jarring, especially when I wanted to turn the volume up and listen to environmental sounds. This balances things out for better immersion, in my opinion.

I made this edit just for private use, but I figured it could benefit somebody else, and so I'm sharing it. If you're not a fan of this edit being posted up Gauss, I'm happy to take it down, just let me know.
