🛠️Still no giants available. The last pic was taken in dev mode — I just liked how those bandits looked together.

you can make your dwarfs even smaller when you edit the .json of a selfmade scenario and change the hight min and max. Your settlers can be below 1m or taller than 2,5m :D
And every new settler will be in the range you set

Oh, you totally can!
Dwarfs are already on the menu — no extra mod needed. When picking your settlers, hit "Advanced Settings" and crank the height down to minimum and boost the weight. Boom. Instant dwarf or halfling. Tiny, grumpy, and ready to mine (or cause chaos).
