Description
Adds a craftable glowstick belt for on-demand lighting.

HOW TO OBTAIN AND USE
You can craft them at a crafting spot, machining table, or smithy for 30 steel and 1 component. They take up the "belt" slot on a pawn. Once equipped, you can draft your pawn and you will have a new gizmo for deploying a glowstick.

WHAT IS A GLOWSTICK
it's a stick that glows! in reality they're just dumbed-down distruptor flares from Anomaly, purely for quick and easy light sources. Light, after all, helps YouTubers make videos in dark places look nicer and helps your pawns with various activities.

NOTE
Without Anomaly, the glowsticks will have no sounds and there will be a single error in your log at startup. This can be safely ignored.

These really should b e cratable in, say, 10s and throwable, like a conventional glowstick.

Update
- Slightly increased the overall white-ness of the glowsticks
- Decreased the spin rate from 3 to 1
- Drastically decreased the amount of steel required for a full recharge from 256 to 32

Would it be possible to get the Glowstick as a weapon or other part of equipment for those who use the belt slot for shield belts if possible, please?
