Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR is an ultra-rare, road-legal racing machine born from the intense world of GT1 motorsport. Originally developed in the late 1990s for the FIA GT Championship, the CLK GTR was designed with one goal in mind — dominate the track.

Built almost entirely from carbon fiber, the CLK GTR features a lightweight monocoque chassis, aggressive aerodynamic styling, and a massive fixed rear wing that provides immense downforce at high speeds. The overall design is purpose-built for performance, with form following function in every curve and intake.

At its core is a naturally aspirated 6.9-liter AMG V12 engine, producing around 612 horsepower and 775 Nm of torque. Mated to a 6-speed sequential manual transmission, the CLK GTR can sprint from 0 to 60 mph (0–100 km/h) in just 3.8 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 330 km/h (205 mph). The engine delivers raw, unfiltered power, accompanied by the unmistakable scream of a high-revving V12.

Only 25 road-going versions of the CLK GTR were ever produced — 20 coupes and 5 roadsters — making it one of the rarest production supercars ever made. Each unit was hand-built and tailored to deliver a pure driving experience, capturing the essence of GT1 racing in a street-legal package.

The interior of the CLK GTR is stripped-down and functional, reflecting its motorsport roots. While leather and carbon fiber accents hint at luxury, the focus is on performance — racing seats, harnesses, and minimal distractions keep the driver connected to the road at all times.

The CLK GTR stands as a testament to Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to motorsport excellence, combining racing pedigree, exotic styling, and raw power in a package that remains iconic to this day.
