Adds more cars.

i like looking at the map, i also usually play all the way until 1936 (sometimes past)

Made this mod for myself to look at the map in the late game, but I'm releasing it to the public

Features:
- Increased amount of cars on the road drastically
- Cars, Trucks, and Tractors will now drive 3x faster
