Description
Ghost Architecture

ALL LANGUAGES SUPPORTED.

Adds invisible wall and beam element unlocked via Research|Architecture Level 1, plus a door element with Research|Defenses Level 1.

Disclaimer: May cause architectural confusion. Invisible structures open up entirely new possibilities.

From a seemingly endless wicker bridge... to a dollhouse-liike perspective inviting a closer look... to floating islands crowned by ethereal waterfalls.

Note:
You'll need some dirt and the right research (Architecture Level 1 and/or Defenses Level 1) for it to show up in your menu the first time. Once placed, you can switch the wall and door to invisibility mode and back. This does not apply to the beam, which is always invisible. Every element is destructible.

Each of the three elements costs only 1 dirt and has 1500 health. The idea was to prevent losing the entire castle during a siege or causing a flood if even one critical section was destroyed.

More details:
With this mod you can totally build a "floating island" in normal mode — no further magic needed. That floating island is held up by 220 walls and 120 beams. The castle and ship ~700 walls.

But if you want fancy waterfalls coming off it? Then you'll need dev mode.
Switch game to modding or experimental branch → In-game: dev mode → WaterDebug → enable it → click FloatIn → one click per water stream on the block where the waterfall should start. Just one click — trust me. ;-)

Thinking about a suspension bridge or some other mega project? I'd also recommend the Break Physics mod. It makes life way easier.

How to enable DevMode:
This is done on the experimental branch. For it to work, you'll have to change two files:

1) Find your game within steamapps in this location: SteamLibrarysteamappscommonGoing MedievalGoing Medieval_DataStreamingAssetsSettings . Find file named GameSettings.json and open it with notepad. Look for the devTools line and change false to true . Save the file.

2) Go here: %userprofile%appdatalocallowFoxy VoxelGoing Medieval . Find file global.config and open it with notepad. Look for the devtools and change false next to it to true . Save the file.

Now start the game and go to Options > Game > Dev tool.
