UPDATE: White flag issue for captured cities has been fixed and cities now start with modded flags.

Hello, it's not working.

I checked my files and it's validated. I restarted the game, but I still have the original flag and character.
Has anyone else had the same problem?

Got it to work but Is it a known issue that when you close the game and resume the campaign, that all the countries revert back to their originals? I was playing as US but then started the game back up and all the countries are back to their originals.

Yes, the mods are activated.

also try to close the game and then subscribe to the mod that worked for me

Is there a certain way to implement this? I am not seeing it replace the characters in the global campaign.
