Pulse Reactor (Updated)

A modern version of the Pulse Reactor design.

Uses a new reactor configuration of an old design that oscillates between + and - maximum voltage, about 10^36V.

The breakaways capture only negative voltage, which is flipped to positive for use in heat sink + laser combo cells, since plain lasers instantly overheat and destroy themselves.

Elastic and heat sink cells are used to prevent the cold from freezing your fish.

This infinite voltage can be used for other cells, though use with caution. Jets will send you to the shadow realm.

IMPORTANT!
If the reactor stalls (usually from generating/regenerating weird), delete the reactor portion, wait a few seconds, then allow it to regenerate symmetrically. The central inductive cell should be flipping from positive to negative.
