Visible Terra Incognita

Adds undistracting outlines of landmasses to Terra Incognita. And to the minimap in the corner. Due to the way the game is made, the Terra Incognita texture is repeated 3 times across the wrold, so I had to overlay all continents onto one image.

The outlines are made to be visible when zoomed in close, and mostly invisible when zoomed out. I tried with more visible lines and they were incredibly distracting since they overlap.

Unfortunately, I don't believe it is ironman compatible.
