Economy of Scale from Automation

Description
The vanilla automation labor reducing production methods are very underpowered, and oftentimes reduce gdp and make the building unprofitable, even when you'd like more workers. To remedy this, these methods now give up to +20 Economy of scale cap and -5% inputs consumed.

if your using the base files I would suggest you move the stuff you change to a custom file instead (and if your not you probably should remove them anyways), since so long as you keep the same production_method name it will overwrite the base games files while also making the mod more compatible
