Text To Speech No Tooltip (with outcome summary)

I made this mod as a compatibility patch between the Text To Speech mod by Agami and integrated the event without tooltip feature.

I added a feature that will make it so after having chosen an option, an interface message summarising what happened will appear.

Text To Speech original mod is still required as this is where the script for the actual reading lies.

Place this mod after the Text To Speech mod.
