[RNG] Placeholder "Wupass" Ammo Can

Within Team Fortress 2's VPKs lies a strange set of textures titled "whoopass_can1 & whoopass_can2" in the 'taunts' materials folder. Seemingly it was meant to be used as a placeholder for the Solder's "Fresh Brewed Victory" taunt from Love and War, as it uses an edited version of Left 4 Dead's ammo can texture, albeit with the magazines covered by a solid color (presumably meant to be the coffee liquid in said taunt.)

This simply restores the proper magazine and bullet textures so that it is usable for the default ammo can model, and makes it RNG between the two textures since making them separate would be kinda silly.
