Boarding Pods

Description
Adds the boarding pods project, unlocking a ship weapon that launches marines at enemy ships. When a boarding pod connects with its target, it will be taken out of combat and captured, switching sides after the battle.

Capturing then scuttling alien ships should work fine and give you exotics

You can capture alien ships, but the devs didn't intend for players to actually use alien ships so your game might crash.
