Antagonise's Oirat Civilization (GS version)

Reupload of the original mod by Antagonise.
This is an updated version of Antagonise's Oirat Civilization mod. It adds the Oirat Empire as Civilization with Galdan as its leader for Civilization VI - Gathering Storm (and later).

What has been updated?
- now compatible with GS and NFP
- needs both DLCs R&F and GS

What has been tested?
- Ability: Boshigt Khan (thanks to Kalervola)
- Ability: Dorben Oirad
- Unique Improvement: Uyangiin Ger

What has NOT been tested?
- Unique Unit: Ulan Zalata
- Agenda: Subjugation of Khalkha
- AI/computer playing Oirat
- multiplayer

Known problems
- Unique Improvement: Uyangiin Ger does not seem to provide +0.5 housing ?!

C15's Assyria is on my list. Will take a look at Leugi's Israel.

If you're planning to continue rescuing old Civ&Leader mods, at least I would hugely appreciate Leugi's Israel and C15's Assyria!

I know there's and updated version of Leugi's Israel, but unfortunately it seems to conflict with a number of other mods - for example PortLime's Ahiram for Phoenicia - and it also causes graphical issues with other mods. For example, meteor site appearing as a Campus and Encampment buildings being on volcanoes.

Seems to be working fine! :]

I received a sum of Gold and Culture upon founding or conquering a City. Tho, I can't confirm the +1 Production and Gold per controlled City within 6 tile, since it didn't show in the City Details.

I received a missionary in the Capital upon conquering a City (after founding a religion).

I also received Faith when killing foes, tho I didn't bother to check if the sum was correct.

And most importantly, this didn't conflict with any other of the 200+ mods I'm running atm! :D
