Sabre Cavalry with Revolvers

Adds revolvers to Sabre Cavalry and Republican Guard Cavalry in FOTS (Revolver Cavalry is unchanged, they keep their original stats).
Also enables Republican Units in custom battles and Republican Guard Cav encourages other units.

Should be compatible with anything that does not alter the stats of Sabre Cavalry/Republican Guard Cavalry.
Obviously requires FOTS.
