Description
This is a mod that implanted the nuclear system of Cold War Project into Tech&Res mode.

Researching atomic bomb technology confers nuclear attack capabilities. It can conduct nuclear strikes on countries that are or are not at war, or impose white peace through nuclear ultimatums. Nuclear strikes have consequences depending on our country's nuclear capabilities and the number of adversaries, and in the most destructive, they can not only destroy the enemy's POPs and industries, but also destroy civilization itself, turning the enemy into a decentralized state.

this mod causes revolutions to have PREFIX in their names. And the normal revolution names are also bugged out. Do not use this mod, atleast for now.

@hello_moto2901 I've been busy, so I haven't tested it yet, but I don't think there's any particular conflict. However, I think there's a possibility that the save file will collide after the update after the submod. For now, if the country becomes a decentralized country, it's actually a game over @ 牛奶大魔王 Thank you for the translation. I will reflect it in the next update
