A Standalone Chain Coat Mod

Adds in the Chain Coat and Blackened Chain Coat as a standalone (which is originally from Endgame Research)
As such, this mod is unnecessary for users of Endgame Research.

The Chain Coat serves to fill the vanilla game's empty armor slot when it comes to chainmail, which usually only serves as an undershirt or obsolete helmet choice. Naturally, it's not as efficient as Samurai Armor, but has less stat penalties attached to it. While just as heavy, your combat skills are much less hindered.

High quality Chain Coats can be bought in Heft, Mongrel, and from the Armor King. Their blueprints can be consistantly obtained from Heft, Mongrel, or the Black Scratch library.
