Description
On the first turn, turns all faction capitals (i.e. the main settlement of a faction, which can be a minor) into a T3 variant. If the faction has a horde army with buildings attached to the horde it will also be upgraded to T3. If the faction starts with no settlement or horde army, they will be given a sizable, one turn buff to help get them started strong.

Not really savegame compatible, but should be compat with most other mods.

Reasoning behind this is to add some variety to the earlygame, instead of having it be just t1/2 troops for the first 20 or so turns, which often leaves all the interesting units out of the picture and forces you to rely on just your starting army. With this you can make interesting armies quite early, as can the AI, and with my other mod cultural differences, youre not getting higher tier settlements when you take them from the AI.

Could you share your reasoning behind this mod? I mean, it doesn't look "hardcore" as it makes the game easier giving the player t3 city/horde from the start.
