Eika Ebisu (戎 瓔花) is the soul of mizuko,
a stillborn child, and a god of fortune, which is
the First Boss from
Touhou(東方) Wily Beast and Weakest Creature.
She is considered the leader and idol of
the children spirits, that are around Sai no Kawara.
Also she frequently organizes events
that consist on stacking stones.
She also have the ability of stacking stones perfectly.
