FullAuto+[1.1] Compatibility Extension（NGF）

Description
I found that NGF conflicts cause this mod's modifications to the rocket launcher to stop functioning. Therefore, I made compatibility adjustments. Using this mod resolves the conflict, restoring changes to the rocket's flight speed and damage radius, and I also reinstated the voice when using the rocket launcher. (If you wish to remove this, simply open the mod file and delete this line for each weapon: soundUseVoice="VOX_GEAR_ROCKET"）
No other changes were made.

Mod enabling sequence: enable NGF first, then enable this mod.

Please fix the mod. The mod is reporting errors after the major update.
