@Virtuous I'm only aware of Integrated Implants - it has AF as optional dependency

what mods depend on this?

Thanks, that was what I needed.

@MelonBread yes, you have to edit xml manually:

Open <mods_folder>/Integrated Implants/loadFolders.xml with text editor, in section <v1.6> change "<li IfModActive="disabled">1.6/Mods/AthenaFramework</li>" to "<li IfModActive="smartkar.athenaframework">1.6/Mods/AthenaFramework</li>"

Trying to figure something out, with Athena framework I can see the modular research and most of it seems to work besides the skill chip one and I think the psychic shield isn't available. I cut down my mod-list to just integrated implants, Athena, and vanilla expanded frameworks and the issue was the same. I say you mention needing to allow for Athena framework to work with integrated implants, but I don't see any mod options for Athena framework or integrated implants. Is there somewhere else I would do that?

@SaltyRocksPew It isn't looking good. I guess you have other issues than skill chips research. You have multiple versions of Athena Framework in mods folder (and duplicates of some other mods too), so we can't be even sure your game loads this one.

I recommend you reinstall all your mods:
1. Save subscriptions to collection to be able subscribe to them later
2. Unsubscribe from all mods
3. Delete all content in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\"
4. Subscribe to mods you want one by one to avoid duplicates

Try not to add mods which leads to red errors. Can be hard but saves a lot of time later.
And always delete duplicates of mods, game can't tell which version to load.

@SaltyRocksPew Install HugsLib if you haven't installed it already, open log window and press "Share log" button. Then paste generated link here.
