AI Less Colonisation

Description
You may try this mod if you couldn’t stand with the AIs colonise the ruin everytime you burnt it. Yes, this mod is for the Sea People who love to burn whole world down.

This mod makes:
- AI armies still moves around the ruin, but most of the time they don’t colonise it.
- When a faction lost its last city, the faction usually colonise the ruin nearby.
- A random faction may colonise the ruin time to time, but not like Vanilla.

Excellent mod. Not only does it stop the annoying "patchwork quilt" nature of the map with factions settling single settlements far away from their home, but it makes the AI act a lot more immersive by actually concentrating their armies and fighting near their home rather than sending colonizing armies all over the goddamn map. Now they actually act more like you'd expect an empire would.
