I'm not sure if the mod is compatible. Since it uses C# instead of XML, there could be some conflicts. The best way to find out is to try it yourself.
Let me know if you run into any issues, and I'll create a patch to fix them.
Done, check the latest version. It should have a checkbox to enable reducing mood by a percentage value instead of completely disabling thoughts.

My bad, I've forgot to set the compatibility as optional. I've updated the mod and fixed the issue.
