No Sympathy For Prisoners

Description
Pawns feel nothing about committing crimes against prisoners.

Features
- Killing, organ harvesting, banishing, butchering or enslaving prisoners will not affect your colonists' mood.
- Overrides Ideology precepts such as "Execution abhorrent" or "Slaving Horrible". Precepts giving positive mood buffs for any of the above acts with prisoners still apply.
- Optional setting to disable negative goodwill from organ harvesting.
- Optional setting to reduce negative mood instead of completely nullifying thoughts.

Compatibility
- Compatible with War Crimes Expanded 2

Suggestions/Bugs?
Let me know in the comments if there's any bugs. I also am open to any suggestions or improvements. I have also setup a Discord server[discord.gg] for direct communications. It should help in issues getting sorted out faster.

Note
This mod is NOT a continuation of the previous original mod. It was written completely from scratch in C# instead of using XML patching as the previous mod did.

I'm not sure if the mod is compatible. Since it uses C# instead of XML, there could be some conflicts. The best way to find out is to try it yourself.

Let me know if you run into any issues, and I'll create a patch to fix them.

Done, check the latest version. It should have a checkbox to enable reducing mood by a percentage value instead of completely disabling thoughts.

Hmmm, I don't want No sympathy, just less :P Perhaps a % slider to reduce it, with a default of 0%?

My bad, I've forgot to set the compatibility as optional. I've updated the mod and fixed the issue.
