Second addon!

Always wanted dissolve had a sound? Well, enjoy this! Basically adds Team Fortress 2 dissolve sound effect
to Garry's Mod!
It DOESN'T need Team Fortress 2 installed, sound is packed in the mod!

For me, the sound doesn't work on players.
